Q: How can I make online purchases on IronScience?
A: Shopping online with IronScience is easy. You can search our range of products using the search bar or pick a specific category. After you have found what you want, add the products to you cart, search for more products, or move to the shopping cart, where you can enter your details, such as shipping address. After payment, your products will be despatched to you, normally the same day (if ordered before 2pm). If at any time you need help or advice, feel free to call or email us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: How do I setup an IronScience account?
A: This is done automatically after you make your first purchase. The shopping cart will ask you for all your relevant details, and you will be able to set up a username and password, which will make future purchasing much easier.
Q: How do I leave a review?
A: You can find reviews of all our products at the bottom of each product page. If you wish to leave your own review, simply click the review button under the product description.
Q. Do you give out my personal details to anyone else?
A: No. We keep all your information private and confidential. We never give out your details to other companies, but we may, from time to time, email you about offers we think you may be interested in. However, you can opt out of these emails at any time.
Q: When will my products arrive?
A: We use a next day delivery service for most orders, samples go on a 3-5 day service unless specified otherwise.
Q: How secure is ordering online from IronScience?
A: Very secure. With our Sagepay system, your credit or debit card details are 100% safe and can't be seen or accessed by anyone.
Q: How are my products delivered?
A: Products are despatched using Parcelforce, and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm. If you expect to be out during this time, you can choose to have your products left with a neighbour or have them delivered to your work address. However, all items need to be signed for.
Q: What happens if the products fail to arrive or are damaged when I receive them?
A: All products are insured. In addition, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to replace them. Just let us know within 48 hours of the product's arrival. If you find the products are damaged, please send us an image, which will help speed up the replacement process.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your products are despatched, our courier will send you an email with a unique tracking number. You can use this on the website to track your items.
Q: What is your reward scheme?
A: We offer reward points on every product purchase, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Q: How many points do I get for each purchase?
A: Some products have bonus reward points, such as triple and double points, but for every purchase, you'll get at least 1 point for each £1 spent.
Q: What happen if there is more than one promotion running at a time?
A: Unfortunately, we can only offer one promotion per item, so if we are offering a triple points on all products promotion, and the particular product you want already has a double point reward bonus, you will get the triple points.
Q: How do I know how many points I have accrued?
A: Simply log on to your account and your points are displayed in the Your Account section.
Q: How does the recommend a friend scheme work?
A: You can use a link within your account to send a friend an email, which will contain a referral code. For every friend you recommend to us, we'll give you 100 points, so if you recommend three friends, we'll give you 300 points.
Q: How long do I have to spend my points?
A: As long as you like. You can either spend them next time you visit us or save them up.
Q: Do reward points have a monetary value?
A: Each reward point is worth 2 pence.
Q: How do I redeem my reward points?
A: On the checkout page (not cart page) there is a box to redeem your reward points at the final stage
Q: If I have a coupon, can I redeem it along with my reward points?
A: Unfortunately no. Because of our low prices, we can only accept one promotion per order.
Q: I have a referral code and am a new customer, so don't have an account. How do I use it?
A: Just enter the referral code during the checkout process. Please note, the option to enter a referral code disappears after your first purchase, so ensure you use it the first time you order from IronScience.
