Q: How do I shop online with Ironscience?
A: You can browse via goal, category or use the search bar. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand by calling us. Once you have checked out the reviews and have made your choice of supplements simply place the items in your cart (click add to cart) and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand of the page) this will take you to 3 steps entering your details through to check-out.

Q: How do I register an account?
A: It couldn't be simpler! Find the supplements you require and click add to basket. Click on View cart / Checkout, this will lead you to the shopping cart. Once you have entered your personal details you will be require to enter a username of your choice and a password. This can be used later to check previous buying history or dispatch status. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages making checkout much swifter!

Q: How do I read and use reviews?
A: Click on the supplement of you choice; then click the review button, all reviews are at the bottom of every product listing. You can enter your own review to help other members find the best sports nutrition supplements too.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?
A: At IronScience we will keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and special offer newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time)

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: This will depend on the delivery option that you select. Most of our orders will be delivered within 48 hours.

Q: Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?
A: It is 100% safe to shop with us at Ironscience.co.uk. Once you have chosen your products and entered your details you are passed on to our Sagepay secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal or store card details on a server. Sagepay is recognised and highly respected within the UK.

Q: What time of day will my order arrive?
A: We use DPD for all item weights and sizes. These should arrive with a 1 hr delivery slot that you will receive from the courier.

Q: Can I have it sent to my work address?, do I need to sign for it?
A: Yes you can, most customers take advantage of this. Otherwise, you can request on the shopping cart for you supplements to be left safely with a neighbour.

Q: Do I need to sign for my parcel?
A: Yes all items will have to be signed for. 

Q: What if my Supplements are damaged in the post?
A: Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image of the damaged goods. We will replace damaged goods.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes - all customers will be sent an email from parcelforce with a tracking code, as soon as your order is dispatched.

Reward points System

Q: How many reward points do i get?
A: If no bonus reward points are clearly stated in either the category or the product that you are on, you will get 1 reward point per £1 spent, double and triple points are shown clearly in either the category or the product page when promotions are run.

Q: Will i get double triple points if 2 promotions coincide?
A: No, if for example we were running a double points promotion on all products + triple points on a selected item you would only receive triple points for that item then double on anything else ordered.

Q: Where will i find how many points I have?
A: Your points will be displayed within your account section Click here to view if your logged in.

Q: If I recommend 4 friends will I get 100 points per friend.
A: Yes for every friend you recommend, who places an order with us you will receive 100 reward points.

Q: Can I save my points until next  time. Is there a time limit?
A: Yes, you can spend them as you wish, using them as money off towards your order or save them up. There is no time limit on using your points. 

Q: What is the value of a reward point?.
A: Reward points are valued at 2p per point.

Q: How do I redeem my reward points?
A: At the checkout page, you will have the option to redeem your reward points against your order.

Q: Can I redeem a coupon & reward points on the same order?
A: Due to our low prices and minimal profit, we only allow 1 or the other, not both on the same order.

Q: How do i refer a friend?
A: There is a link from within your account once you have made your first order to send an email to a friend (click here) or simply copy your referral code from the same page and email it to them. If you use our system, they will show as a pending referral in your account, once they make their first order, you will receive the 100 reward points.

Q: I am a new customer with a referral code, where do i enter it to get my discount?
A: During the checkout process you will be asked for your referral code, only available for use on first orders and there will be no place to enter the code if you have used another discount option in the cart page.
