Directions for Use

Milled Oats, Milk Protein Concentrate*, Whey Protein Hydrolysate*, Soy Isolate, Peptide Bonded Glutamine(Derived From Wheat Protein), Fructose, Whey Protein Concentrate*, Maltodextrin, Barley Starch, Creatine Monohydrate, Coconut Pieces, Malt Extract, Xanthan Gum, Sweetener(Sucralose), MCT’s, Flaxseed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Natural Colour, Natural Flavouring.. *Derived From Milk.Contains 10% Optipep Hydrolysed Whey Protein.Naturally occurring Alphalactalbumin, Naturally occurring Branched Chain Amino Acids.

Healthy Quick Breakfast

I decided to try this as I just can't do porridge-all manner of other ghastly stuff, but not porridge- & I wanted to see if this would be a way of ingesting some oats to replenish my body after a night's rest. And it is. Couldn't be simpler. I've tried it with both hot water & milk & both ways are perfectly palatable. It's smooth & quite liquidy so you drink it straight from the shaker rather than tip it into a bowl, which is quick & great. It's got a nice sweet taste to it as well. I actually look forward to it of a morning.
