For optimum results consume 2 servings a day. This product should be taken 2 hours before training and within 1 hour post training. On non training days consume 1 serving mid day. One serving = 2 level scoops (approx 60g). Mix with 250ml of water in a protein shaker.

Explosion

This product is Epic! mixes brilliantly and really made a diffrence. i normally hit the gym 3-4 times a week and this shizzle really helped me wiht my sessions. ive got bigger and in my opinion better as i have used this product. it is soo cheap for what it is it feels like your almost stealing it! taste was good and i recovered from hard session alot quicker than before.
