IronScience knows from our experience that our service is only as strong as our couriers. We have dedicated hundreds of hours to fully track which courier and delivery service meets your needs 100%. We are confident that we can track your parcel live from dispatch to delivery ensuring a fluid like service.

We use DPD one of the biggest UK couriers, which we have found to be efficient and reliable.

If for any reason our Courier should lose your parcel, we will dispatch your order to you again straight away. We want you our customer to be confident that once you have placed your order, it will arrive trouble free and fast!

The DPD 1 hr Window service, we use the 1hr window service from DPD this saves you waiting home all day for a courier, on the morning of your delivery the courier company will text or email you a 1 hr window in which your parcel will arrive.

Delivery & Risk
We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using DPD inside or outside of the UK. The delivery charge is as set out in the Deliveries section. DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature. If for any reason the courier can not attain a signature at the requested delivery address they will not leave the parcel. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.

All items are packed under CCTV observation for security and training purposes.
