- 24hr delivery option -Orders placed before 3pm with cleared payment (Monday to Friday) will be sent on the same day for delivery usually within 1-3 working days, (orders placed on a Friday before 3pm ,will be delivered on the following Monday – UK only).
- All orders submitted online are subject to acceptance by us and may be declined either all or in part at our discretion. If an order is declined the payment submitted with the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
- Bank Holiday orders will be sent the next working day.
- Orders placed when there is no stock - we will contact you to offer a different flavour or to wait until we have stock, or alternatively a full refund.
- Only persons aged 18 or over may purchase from this site.
- We are unable to add or edit items on your order once payment has been made.
- Ironscience uses different suppliers for raw materials subject to availability this means products may vary in taste, texture and flavour.
- Free delivery on orders over £49 (UK Mainland only).
- Orders sent via our courier will need to be signed for. If you are not at home you will be left a calling card.
- Ironscience.co.uk shall not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to mechanical or vehicle failure, weather, theft, loss or any other possible situation out of our control. We are unable to request your parcel is left in a “safe place” as a signature must be obtained for insurance purposes.
- Goods should be inspected upon delivery, If there are any damages we need to be notified within 48 hrs of delivery in order to start any form of refund, replacement or insurance claim.
- Damaged goods must be kept for inspection, collection or insurance claim.
- Any spilt contents must be kept and available for collection
Returns & Missing products
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then you can return it to us for a refund. All items must be sealed and unused. We highly recommend using a tracked courier service.
- If you would like to return part or all of your order, you must contact us first to notify and arrange the return.
- If after the first few (1- 3) scoops you don’t like the taste or the way the products mix, you will receive a full refund, less costs of postage and packing which are non-refundable.
- Other than that, refunds will be offered on a proportionate basis to reflect how much of the product has been used. This must be within reason and not less than 250g under the orignal weight, If more has been used you will not recive a refund therefore be required to pay the delivery costs to have it sent back to you.
- Powdered products will be weighed on return to ironscience to establish how much has been returned.
- Please allow at least 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- Please note we are unable to refund any delivery costs.
- Refunds only apply if purchase is made directly through the Ironscience.co.uk website.
- Refunds will only be made within 28 days from the date you received our products.
- We would recommend you use a signed for delivery service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control. We are unable to refund any delivery costs.
- All containers, bottles and any unused products need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.
- A refund will not be available if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label or website.
- A £6 administration fee applies to all refunds, but not exchanges.
- You may ask for an exchange of product(s) instead of a refund.
- All our sports nutrition supplements are created specifically to work alongside a healthy diet and quality training.
- Missing products/wrong products must be reported within 7 days of the order being received - we cannot replace products reported after this time.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information obtained in accordance with the data protection act 1998 and will not disclose any of the details to a third party.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation of Order
- If for any reason you need to cancel an order then the following charges apply - £6 administration charge if the order has already gone through to our warehouse to pack. If our products have already left our warehouse then the customer has to return the order to ourselves for a full refund less the cost of posting the items out, and a £6 administration charge.
Reward points & Referral System
- Ironscience points cannot be redeemed against delivery costs.
- Only 1 account per customer and per household.
- Anyone found abusing the rewards system will have their points deducted from their account.
- Points cannot be used towards gift certificates.
- If your order has been refunded your points will automatically be deducted.
- Points are non transferrable to another account.
- Points and coupons cannot be used together
- We reserve the right to remove promotional points at any time.
- Referral codes will only be generated for customers, not account holders i.e - you must make an order before getting one.
- Reward points are available from your 2nd order onwards and never expire.
- 5% discount will be given on first orders only with a referral code.
